Supporting swim club member Bill Yeates

Swim club member Bill Yeates was diagnosed with Younger Onset Alzheimer's Disease in August 2019 at the age of 59.

Bill recently entered a documentary into the NOVA Short Film Festival which has the theme this year of focusing on the achievements of people living with a disability. 

Bill hopes that the documentary not only helps to change our society's perception of this disease, but it also encourages other people who are living with dementia that you can still lead a better life, one which is rewarding and fulfilling.
